• "Food for Thought," a discussion of the current diet revolution, will be conducted by Teresa Duffy, R.N., from Kimball Medical Center for Healthy Families, July 26 at 10 a.m. at the Lakewood library, 301 Lexington Ave. Duffy will discuss the low carb vs. low fat debate.
