EATONTOWN — A special presentation at 5:30 p.m. by Arthur Schwartz, food critic, cookbook author and, until recently, radio personality, will kick off the Culinary Adventure hosted by CPC Behavioral Healthcare on Oct. 25 at the Old Orchard Country Club.
Co-chairs of the benefit are Carol Dedrick of Red Bank, Pat Geiss of Little Silver and Jane Guadagno of West Long Branch.
Only 200 tickets will be available for Schwartz’s presentation. The event, however, can accommodate 300 people. Tickets for Arthur Schwartz only (5:30-6:30 p.m.) are $35, tickets for the tasting party only (6-9 p.m.) are $65. A combo ticket is $90.
