Someone cut and damaged inflatable Halloween decorations outside a Huff Avenue residence and two Boesel Avenue houses between 7:30 and 9:30 p.m. Oct. 18.
The cost of each decoration is approximately $40.
A Knopf Street resident reported her ATM card was used without her permission Oct. 18. Charges amounting to $903 were made to the card.
Police are investigating the incident.
Luis A. Oyola, 23, of Plainfield was charged with eluding police after a patrolman attempted to stop his car and he continued driving about two miles into Bridgewater at 4 p.m. Oct. 21, police said.
Mr. Oyola was processed at police headquarters in Manville and released.
Spring Garden Restaurant on Main Street was closed briefly after the manager discovered a large amount of water in the basement at 12: 59 p.m. Oct. 21.
The flooding was attributed to a sewer problem and the restaurant reopened the next day after plumbing and building officials inspected the site, police said.
A Huff Avenue resident reported that someone entered his unlocked vehicle and stole a cell phone and a wallet containing $300 at 11:43 p.m. Friday.
Elvin Hernandez-Cruz, 24, of Raritan was charged with violating a restraining order and possession of false government documents at 2:42 p.m. Saturday.
Mr. Hernandez-Cruz was transported to the Somerset County Jail, where he is being held on $20,000 bail, police said.
