Middletown Township Veterans of Foreign Wars Post No. 2179, and its ladies auxiliary will sponsor the 47th annual Veterans Day parade Nov. 7 at 12:30 p.m., with the parade beginning at 1 p.m.
The parade will begin at Bayview School, Leonardville Road, Belford section of Middletown, and proceed through Campbell’s Junction. It will follow Cherry Tree Farm Road and Wilson Avenue to Garrett Place, where it will end at the rear entrance of the Post.
Refreshments will follow the parade, which will be judged and trophies awarded. Fraternal, veterans, schools, Scouts and civic organizations are invited to participate.
