   We want to thank the voters of Somerset County that supported us in the most recent election. There is nothing more gratifying than being reelected based on your record of performance.
   Somerset County is one of the fine jewels of our state. Our commitment to providing a quality of life that ensures fiscal restraint, security and mart growth will be our objectives for the next three years.
   We congratulate our opponents for a fair and honest campaign and hope that all Americans will work to support the winners at all levels of government as we work to close the 2004 election season.
