Senior Menus-Dec. 2, 2004

   All meals are served at noon at Hibernia Apartments in Lambertville.
   The value of each meal is $4.35. Any amount donated over this is a tax-deductible contribution. All menus are subject to change and include milk and margarine.
   The sodium-controlled menu is the same unless otherwise noted.

Regular menu

   Thursday, Dec. 2 — Beef vegetable soup, honey glazed pork chop, baked sweet potato, cauliflower with cheese sauce, applesauce, rye bread and orange. Site meeting.
   Friday, Dec. 3 — Pineapple juice, Hungarian goulash, elbow macaroni, asparagus, three-bean salad, pumpernickel bread and pears. Bingo.
   Saturday, Dec. 4 — Apple juice, seafood salad, croissant, pickled beets and onions, fruit, peanut butter cookies and milk.
   Sunday, Dec. 5 — Cranapple juice, cold baked chicken, dinner roll, pasta salad, fruit, pound cake and milk.
   Monday, Dec. 6 — Grape juice, sweet Italian sausage, spaghetti with tomato sauce, broccoli spears, antipasto salad, Italian bread and banana. Bingo.
   Tuesday, Dec. 7 — Chicken rice soup, meatloaf with gravy, mashed potatoes, sliced beets, citrus sections, dinner roll black-and-white cookie. Cards.
   Wednesday, Dec. 8 — Minestrone soup, roast loin of pork, rice pilaf, whole baby carrots, applesauce, rye bread and angel food cake. Bingo.
   Thursday, Dec. 9 — Apple juice, stuffed green pepper, elbow macaroni, zucchini, tossed salad with chick peas, six-grain bread and vanilla ice cream cup. Be Merry Day.

   Monday, Dec. 6 — Grape juice, roast chicken with gravy, mashed potatoes, broccoli spears, antipasto salad, Italian bread and banana. Bingo.
