HAMILTON — Jane Murray Hance died Friday at Hamilton Continuing Care Center. She was 81.
   Born in Princeton, she was a lifelong area resident and graduated from Princeton High School in 1941.
   Mrs. Hance was a former employee of the Princeton Post Office and also had worked for the Princeton University Store.
   She was a member of the American Legion Post 76 Auxiliary Unit in Princeton.
   Daughter of the late Walter and Stella Murray, she is survived by her husband, John H. Hance; son John D. Hance of Neshanic Station; and two nieces.
   The funeral was private.
   Interment will be in Princeton Cemetery.

EWING — Frances E. Williams died Dec. 13 at Compassionate Care Hospice, St. Francis Medical Center. She was 72.
   Born in Tye River near Lynchburg, Va., her family relocated to Princeton and she graduated from Princeton High School. She was a resident of the Trenton-Ewing area for 45 years.
   She was employed at Educational Testing Service for seven years and retired from the New Jersey State Department of Environmental Protection after many years of service.
   Daughter of the late Samuel and Alease Thomas, wife of the late James E. Williams, sister of the late Leo, Carl, Sam and June Hargrove, she is survived by sons Richard A. and Paul A. Williams of Trenton; daughter Michelle O. Williams of Ewing; sister Janet Hargrove of Trenton; grandsons Robert B. II and Byron O. Mitchell of Ewing; granddaughters Kiara and Kimora Williams of Trenton; mother-in-law Selina Williams Johnson and brother-in-law Harold Williams, both of Fayetteville, N.C.; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
   Arrangements were by Anderson Funeral Service, Trenton.
