Donald N. Timbie Sr.
   Donald N. Timbie Sr., 87, of Pennington, died Dec. 19.
   Born in Pittsfield, Mass., he had been a resident of Pennington for the past 38 years.
   He was the U.S. Naval radar officer on the U.S.S. Shangri-La and the U.S.S. Monterey during World War II. A graduate of Andover, M.I.T. and George Washington University of Law, he was a patent attorney for RCA, G.E. and Hewlett Packard.
   He is survived by his wife, Barbara, of 62 years; six children, Donald Jr., Barbara, Douglas, Bruce, Mark and Mary; and six grandchildren.
   A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Dec. 27 in the Pennington United Methodist Church, 60 S. Main St., Pennington, with the Rev. James Hofacker officiating.
   In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in his name may be made to St. Francis Medical Center Foundation, 601 Hamilton Ave., Trenton.
   Arrangements are under the direction of the Blackwell Memorial Home, Pennington.
Mona Meehan Boozan
   Mona Meehan Boozan, 73, of Sea Girt, died Dec. 16 at Jersey Shore University Medical Center, Neptune.
   Born in Jersey City, she grew up in Spring Lake, and lived in Elizabeth until she retired to Sea Girt in 2002.
   Mrs. Boozan graduated from St. Rose Catholic High School, Belmar, in 1949. She received a bachelor’s degree in history from Chestnut Hill College, Philadelphia, Pa., in 1953. She received her teaching certification and taught in the public high schools of Union City and Asbury Park from 1953 to 1954.
   Mrs. Boozan worked as an energy conservation specialist for the state Department of Energy in Newark and Trenton for 23 years. She was a lector and eucharistic minister at Immaculate Conception Church, Elizabeth, and St. Mark’s Church, Sea Girt. She was also a volunteer at the Jersey Shore University Medical Center in pastoral care.
   Wife of the late Dr. Charles W. Boozan and daughter of the late Dr. George Meehan and Marjorie Meehan, she is survived by three sons, Dr. William Boozan, Pelham Manor, N.Y., Dr. John Boozan, Short Hills and Dr. James Boozan, Pennington; a brother Robert Smith Meehan, Spring Lake; and sister Maude Belli of Pennington.
   A Memorial Mass will be celebrated on Jan 15 at 10 a.m. at St. Mark’s Catholic Church, 3rd Avenue and Crescent Parkway, Sea Girt.
   Interment will follow in St. Catharine’s Cemetery, Wall.
   The Neary-Quinn Funeral Home, Manasquan, is in charge of arrangements.
Frank T. Massey
   Frank T. Massey, 81, of Unity, N.H., died Dec. 16, at the Sullivan County Nursing Home, Unity, N.H.
   Born in Trenton, he had resided in Titusville for many years before moving to New Hampshire. He was retired chief engineer for TRW in Trenton.
   Son of the late Clifford Massey, he is survived by his mother Florence Savage Massey; and a cousin, Eleanor Pierce, both of Ascutney, Vt.
