Evelyn Fedun
Lifelong Harlingen resident
   
MONTGOMERY — Evelyn Fedun died Monday at University Medical Center at Princeton. She was 73.
   Born in Elizabeth, she was a lifelong resident of the Harlingen area of Montgomery.
   She enjoyed reading, golf and travel and was a member of St. Alphonsus Catholic Church, Hopewell.
   Daughter of the late Peter and Rose Fedun, sister of the late William P. Fedun, she is survived by her sister-in-law, Dolores Fedun; niece Valerie Fedun; nephews Peter Michael and Matthew Fedun; and nine grandnieces and grandnephews.
   Arrangements were by Cromwell-Immordino Memorial Home, Hopewell.

James C. Kornegay
Longtime Princeton resident
   
James Carroll Kornegay of Princeton died Saturday at University Medical Center at Princeton. He was 59.
   Born in Wayne County, N.C., he lived in Princeton 35 years.
   He had been a mechanic and a postal worker.
   Son of the late George W. Kornegay, brother of the late "Peady," Patricia and Judy, he is survived by his wife, Mozell Kornegay of Princeton; sons James J. and Jason B.; daughters Jennifer, Remenee and Carol Kornegay; mother Jessie Kornegay; brothers George and Timothy; sisters Agnes and Shirley Kornegay; and many other relatives.
   The funeral was Thursday at First Baptist Church of Princeton.
   Final funeral service will be 1 p.m. today at Antioch Missionary Baptist Church, 601 West Elm St., Goldsboro, N.C.
   Interment will be in the Kornegay Family Cemetery, Mount Olive, N.C.
   Arrangements are by Perry Funeral Home, Newark.
Neil V. Esposito
Worked at Elizabeth terminal
   
MONTGOMERY — Neil V. Esposito died Wednesday at University Medical Center at Princeton. He was 67.
   Born and raised in Brooklyn, N.Y., he resided in Staten Island, N.Y., and Somerset before moving to the Belle Mead section of the township three years ago.
   He retired in November after 43 years at Maher Terminals in Elizabeth.
   He was an Army veteran, serving during the Korean War.
   He enjoyed going to Atlantic City, watching football, baseball and hockey, and spending time with his grandchildren.
   He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Rosemary Viscuso Esposito; son and daughter-in-law Joseph and Patricia Esposito of Staten Island, N.Y.; daughter and son-in-law Jennifer and Anthony DiMeglio of Montgomery; sister Theresa Esposito of Staten Island, N.Y.; and grandchildren Melissa, Lauren, Deziree, Vincent, Amanda, Ando and Joey.
   The funeral will be 8:15 a.m. today at Hillsborough Funeral Home, 796 Route 206, Hillsborough, followed by a 9 a.m. Mass at St. Charles Borromeo Church, Skillman Road, Montgomery.
   Entombment will be in Franklin Memorial Park, North Brunswick.
   In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 600 First Ave., Raritan, NJ 08869.
Wilfred O. Taff
Retired from Exxon
   
MONTGOMERY — Wilfred O. Taff died Sunday at University Medical Center at Princeton. He was 89.
   Born in Waldron, Ark., he resided in Williamsburg, Va., before moving to Montgomery in July.
   He retired in 1980 after 41 years with the Exxon Corp., where he held a number of positions including director of the process research division, director of the products division and assistant manager of the Amuay refinery in Venezuela.
   He graduated in 1939 from the University of Illinois with a master’s degree in chemical engineering.
   He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Eleanor Denhardt Taff; son David Taff of San Mateo, Calif.; daughters Laura Taff of Kingston, Alice Taff Childers of Juneau, Alaska, Jennifer Wheatley of Pipersville, Pa., and Amy Garibay of Eatontown; and four grandchildren.
   The funeral will be private.
