Senior Menus-Jan. 6, 2005

   All meals are served at noon at Hibernia Apartments in Lambertville.
   The value of each meal is $4.35. Any amount donated over this is a tax-deductible contribution. All menus are subject to change and include milk and margarine.
   The sodium-controlled menu is the same unless otherwise noted.
   Thursday, Jan. 6 — Grape juice, meatballs in tomato sauce, eggplant rotini, green beans, tossed salad, Italian bread and vanilla ice cream. Site meeting.
   Friday, Jan. 7 — Cranapple juice, garlic chicken breast, rice and mushrooms, whole baby carrots, three-bean salad, rye bread and pears. Bingo.
   Saturday, Jan. 8 — Blended juice, seafood salad, croissant, marinated vegetable salad, fruit, brownie and milk.
   Sunday, Jan. 9 — Pineapple juice, roast beef, Swiss cheese, rye bread, macaroni salad, fruit, peanut butter cookies and milk.
   Monday, Jan. 10 — Apple juice, stuffed green pepper, pasta spirals, peas, Swiss salad, pumpernickel bread and apricots. Bingo.
   Tuesday, Jan. 11 — Pasta and bean soup, roast loin of pork with gravy, rice pilaf, zucchini, applesauce with cinnamon, dinner roll and carrot cake with icing. Cards.
   Wednesday, Jan. 12 — Cranberry juice, chicken a la Bernard, scalloped potatoes, sliced carrots, cucumber salad, rye bread and red grapes. Bingo.
   Thursday, Jan. 13 — Turkey noodle soup, meatloaf with gravy, baked potato, sliced beets, citrus sections, wheat bread and angel food cake. Share a Childhood Memory Day.
