   Thomas B. Kramp, 45, of Morganville was issued a summons for failure to display an inspection sticker, driving with suspended registration and without insurance at 8:56 a.m. Jan. 3, according to police.
   Mr. Kramp was processed at headquarters and released after posting $450 bail for an active warrant out of Jamesburg.

    Matthew Cocozello, 38, of Hillsborough was charged with driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance after police stopped his vehicle on Wilhousky Street at 9:32 a.m. Jan. 4.
   Mr. Cocozello was processed at headquarters, issued a summons and released.

    Terrence A. Mullen, 30, of Hillsborough was charged with driving with a suspended license after police stopped his vehicle at the intersection of North Main Street and Brooks Boulevard at 10:47 a.m. Jan. 4.
   Mr. Mullen was processed at headquarters, issued a summons and released.

    Geiner Esteban Navarro, 20, of Somerville was charged with exhibiting false documents and driving an uninsured vehicle after police stopped his car at 10:36 p.m. Jan. 4.
   Mr. Navarro’s vehicle was impounded. He was taken to the Somerset County Jail and released Jan. 6 after posting $5,000 bail.

    Joseph J. Koscuik Jr., 26, of Branchburg was charged with lewdness after allegedly urinating in public on South Main Street at 12:26 p.m. Jan. 7.
   He was taken to headquarters, issued a summons and released.

    Jesse Cap, 47, of Manville was charged with disorderly conduct at 5:15 p.m. Jan. 7 for allegedly riding his bike down the middle of Main Street shouting obscenities.
   Mr. Cap was taken to police headquarters, issued a summons and released.
