OBITUARY: Carmella M. Tuminello

   Carmella M. "Millie" Tuminello, 77, died Sunday, Jan. 9, at Robert Wood Johnson University Medical Center, New Brunswick.
   Born in Brooklyn. She lived in Queens, N.Y., for 36 years, moving to South Brunswick 12 years ago. She was a member of the ILGWU and worked as a seamstress for several New York City clothing manufacturers for 37 years, retiring in 1987. She was a member of the South Brunswick Senior Citizens Club and St. Cecilia’s R.C. Church, Monmouth Junction.
   Her husband, Baldassere, died in 1974. She is survived by her daughter, Maria Tuminello of Monmouth Junction; a son, Frank and his wife, Phyllis, of Kendall Park; five grandchildren, Charles, Adam, Frank, Melissa and Eric; a great-grandson, Triston; and several nieces and nephews.
   Funeral services were held Wednesday, Jan. 11, at the M. David DeMarco Funeral Home, 205 Rhode Hall Road, Monroe. A funeral liturgy also was held Wednesday at St. at St. Cecilia’s R.C. Church, Monmouth Junction. Interment followed in Holy Trinity Cemetery, Monroe. Memorial contributions may be made to the Cancer Research Foundation.
