Senior Menus-Jan. 20, 2005

   All meals are served at noon at Hibernia Apartments in Lambertville.
   The value of each meal is $4.35. Any amount donated over this is a tax-deductible contribution. All menus are subject to change and include milk and margarine.
   The sodium-controlled menu is the same unless otherwise noted.
   Thursday, Jan. 20 — Apple juice, stuffed cabbage roll, mashed potatoes, yellow and green squash, tossed salad, rye bread and pear. Share a Joke Day.
   Friday, Jan. 21 — Blended juice, barbecued rib tickler, scalloped potatoes, carrots, minced coleslaw, wheat bread and fruited gelatin. Bingo.
   Saturday, Jan. 22 — Pineapple juice, egg salad, wheat bread, pickled beets and onions, fruit, black-and-white cookie and milk.
   Sunday, Jan. 23 — Cranapple juice, turkey, rye bread, pasta salad with vegetables, fruit, angel food cake and milk.
   Monday, Jan. 24 — Lentil soup, Salisbury steak with gravy, mashed potatoes, cauliflower and cheese sauce, citrus sections, wheat bread and crumb cake. Bingo.
   Tuesday, Jan. 25 — Orange juice, beef stew in gravy, diced potatoes, peas, carrots and onions, tossed salad, corn muffin and plums. Cards.
   Wednesday, Jan. 26 — Beef barley soup, roast loin of pork with gravy, baked sweet potatoes, green beans, applesauce with cinnamon, rye bread and banana. Bingo.
   Thursday, Jan. 27 — Minestrone soup, roast chicken breast with gravy, saffron rice, broccoli, pineapple chunks, dinner roll and mocha cupcake. Snowstorm Stories.
