Gregory Schmidt, broker associate with RE/MAX Preferred Professionals, was named to the RE/MAX of New Jersey Top 50 List for five consecutive months in 2004, from July through November.
Mr. Schmidt’s outstanding performance places him in the top two percent of more than 2,900 RE/MAX agents in the state.

Mr. Schmidt has been in the real estate industry since 1985 and with RE/MAX since 1990.
He has earned the New Jersey Association of Realtors Circle of Excellence Sales Award Silver Level from 1986-2003 and is a member of the NJAR Distinguished Sales Club. Mr. Schmidt is also a member of the RE/MAX 100% Club and the RE/MAX Hall of Fame.

Kathy Guissi, a Gloria Nilson GMAC Real Estate agent in the Montgomery office, received the Associate of the Month Award for her sales for the month of December.

Ann Stewart, a resident of Belle Mead, has recently joined the staff of sales associates at the Montgomery office of Gloria Nilson GMAC Real Estate.
New to the area, Ms. Stewart has spent countless hours researching the areas that she will serve, which include Montgomery, Princeton, Hopewell and Hillsborough.
She said her number one strength is an ability to help people attain success in goal-related projects, especially selling or buying a home.

Sheelagh Vidulich, manager of the Princeton Junction Office of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New Jersey and Rockland County, N.Y., is pleased to welcome Jody Veranese, Richard Zygler, Deborah Hornstra and Megan Rojas to her team of more than 60 sales associates.

Richard Zygler has lived with his family in Millstone for the past 22 years. He has held his real estate license since 1991 and is now applying his years of professional service to benefit his clients’ buying and selling needs. Mr. Zygler is a member of both the Middlesex and Mercer County Boards of Realtors.
