Elizabeth D. "Betsy" Barlow, 79, died Jan. 20 at her home in Pennington.
Born in Trenton, she was a lifelong area resident.
Ms. Barlow retired from E.T.S. in Princeton after many years of service. She was an active community volunteer and involved with St. James Church in Pennington.
Daughter of the late Sumner H. and Elizabeth D. Long Barlow, sister-in-law of the late Isaac R. McGraw, aunt of the late Ellen and Molly McGraw, niece of the late Anne Long Kerney Day, and cousin of the late Martin Nicholson, she is survived by a sister Clare Barlow McGraw of Bucks County, Pa.; nieces and nephews, I. Ross and Kay McGraw, Kate McGraw and her husband Harry Phillips and their children Anne and James, Kevin McGraw, Terence and Sandra McGraw and their children Ross and Ellen, Timothy and Patty McGraw and their children Ryan and Alex and Megan McGraw.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Thursday in St. James Church, 115 E. Delaware Ave., Pennington.
Burial will be in the Pennington Cemetery.
Calling hours will be in the church from 5-8 p.m. Wednesday and from 9:30 a.m. Thursday until the time of mass.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to Plan U.S.A., 155 Plan Way, Warwick, R.I., 02886-1099.
