Senior Menus-Jan. 27, 2005

   All meals are served at noon at Hibernia Apartments in Lambertville.
   The value of each meal is $4.35. Any amount donated over this is a tax-deductible contribution. All menus are subject to change and include milk and margarine.
   The sodium-controlled menu is the same unless otherwise noted.
   Thursday, Jan. 27 — Minestrone soup, roast chicken breast with gravy, saffron rice, broccoli, pineapple chunks, dinner roll and mocha cupcake. Snowstorm Stories.
   Friday, Jan. 28 — Apple juice, cheese omelet and salsa, hash browns, succotash, marinated vegetable salad, Italian bread and orange. Bingo.
   Saturday, Jan. 29 — Grape juice, tuna salad, croissant, cucumber-onion salad, fruit, sugar cookies and milk.
   Sunday, Jan. 30 — Blended juice, chicken filet, hamburger bun, minced coleslaw, fruit, apple pocket and milk.
   Monday, Jan. 31 — Pineapple juice, Hungarian goulash, elbow macaroni, Harvard beets, tossed salad, rye bread and marble pound cake. Bingo.
   Tuesday, Feb. 1 — Beef vegetable soup, garlic chicken, rice pilaf, green beans, tropical fruit salad, Italian bread and gelatin with topping. Cards.
   Wednesday, Feb. 2 — Apple juice, stuffed green pepper, bow tie pasta, zucchini, cucumber salad, dinner roll and red grapes. Bingo.
   Thursday, Feb. 3 — Cream of broccoli soup, honey glazed pork chop, scalloped potatoes, carrots, applesauce with cinnamon, raisin bread and angel food cake. Site meeting.
