Senior Menus-Feb. 3, 2005

   All meals are served at noon at Hibernia Apartments in Lambertville.
   The value of each meal is $4.35. Any amount donated over this is a tax-deductible contribution. All menus are subject to change and include milk and margarine.
   The sodium-controlled menu is the same unless otherwise noted.
   
Thursday, Feb. 3 — Cream of broccoli soup, honey glazed pork chop, scalloped potatoes, carrots, applesauce with cinnamon, raisin bread and angel food cake. Site meeting.
   Friday, Feb. 4 — Cranapple juice, sliced turkey with gravy, mashed potatoes, creamed spinach, three-bean salad, pumpernickel bread and peaches. Bingo.
   Saturday, Feb. 5 — Orange juice, egg salad, rye bread, pickled beets and onions, fruit, chocolate chip cookies and milk.
   Sunday, Feb. 6 — Apple juice, meatloaf, wheat bread, Italian marinated vegetables salad, fruit, cupcake and milk.
   Monday, Feb. 7 — Minestrone soup, roast chicken leg with gravy, oven-browned red potatoes, whole baby carrots, pineapple chunks, dinner roll and apple crumb cake. Bingo.
   Tuesday, Feb. 8 — Pineapple juice, cheese lasagna with meat sauce, broccoli spears, tossed salad, Italian bread and vanilla ice cream. Cards.
   Wednesday, Feb. 9 — Cranapple juice, barbecued rib tickler, creamed corn, green beans, minced coleslaw, rye bread and orange. Bingo.
   Thursday, Feb. 10 — Lentil soup, Salisbury steak with gravy, baked potato, sliced beets, citrus sections, six-grain bread and mini cream puff. Send a Valentine Day.
