Route 31 session slated Feb. 21

Residents living south of the Pennington Circle are urged to attend.

   At 7 p.m. on Feb. 21, Hopewell Township will host a meeting for the purpose of discussing issues concerning safety and access along the portion of Route 31 located south of Pennington Circle.
   The session will be held in the Hopewell Township Municipal Building at 201 Washington Crossing-Pennington Road, Titusville.
   Mayor Arlene Kemp and the township’s engineer, Paul Porgorzelski, will conduct the meeting.
   Residents who have property frontage on this roadway segment or use this section of roadway as the primary means of access to their homes are specifically encouraged to attend, the mayor said.
