Jerry Joseph Aversano, of Middletown, recently received his master’s of business administration degree in finance and strategic management at the winter commencement exercises at Rutgers Business School, Newark. He received his bachelor of science degree with a double major of management and marketing at Fairfield (Conn.) University. A graduate of Mater Dei High School, New Monmouth section of Middletown, he is the son of Anna and Jerry Aversano Jr.
Middletown resident Joseph Cagnazzo recently received his bachelor of arts degree in interdisciplinary studies at the fall commencement exercises at the College of Liberal Arts and Human Sciences at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, Blacksburg, Va.
Justin Bowe, Hazlet, was named to the dean’s list for the fall semester at the Stillman School of Business at Seton Hall University, South Orange, where he is majoring in business.
Middletown resident Lauren Therese Grobelny has been named to the dean’s list for the fall semester at Monmouth University, West Long Branch. A double major in education and math, she is a member of Phi Eta Sigma national honor society and Kappa Mu Epsilon mathematics honor society. She is also a recipient of the Samuel Hays Magill Scholarship. A 2002 graduate of Middletown High School North, she is the daughter of Kathleen and Paul Grobelny.
Lauren M. Hoffman, Hazlet, has been named to the dean’s list for the fall semester at the School of Culture and Society at The College of New Jersey, Ewing
Susanna Kisenwether, Aberdeen, was recently inducted into the Golden Key International Honor Society at Boston University. Inductees are in the top 15 percent of all juniors and seniors at the university. Kisenwether is a mathematics major. A 2001 graduate of Matawan-Aberdeen Regional High School, Aberdeen, she is the daughter of Ardis Kisenwether and the Rev. Lewis Kisenwether.
