The congregation will continue its adult education programs “Jews in Entertainment — A Response to Anti-Semitism” presented by Rutgers University Professor Jeff Shandler, March 23 at 7:30 p.m. at the temple. “Oedipus Wrecks” will be presented by Helene Tinkel of Rutgers University March 30. It will include the Woody Allen film “Oedipus Wrecks,” followed by a discussion. “How to Prepare a Seder” will be presented by the temple’s Rabbi David M. Eligberg April 6 and 13. It will offer tips and techniques for preparing and conducting a seder.

Temptations, Four Tops at theater March 13
State Theatre, 15 Livingston Ave., New Brunswick, will present The Temptations and The Four Tops in concert March 13 at 7 p.m. Tickets range from $25-$75.
The Temps have consisted of 19 different singers during five decades, with Otis Williams beginning his 40th year as a band member. The groups hits include “My Girl,” “Papa Was a Rolling Stone” and “Treat Her a Lady.” The group’s most recent album is “Legacy.”
The Four Tops have also performed since the 1960s, and are known for hits such as “Baby, I Need Your Loving,” “I Can’t Help Myself,” and “It’s the Same Old Song.”
