Forums designed to educate the public about the East Windsor Regional School District’s long-term plans will be held on on April 6 and April 19.
HIGHTSTOWN Superintendent Ronald Bolandi will hold two forums designed to educate the public about the East Windsor Regional School District’s long-term plans in the coming weeks.
The two forums, which will include a PowerPoint presentation on the district’s vision and a talk by Mr. Bolandi, will take place on April 6 at 7 p.m. and April 19 at 10 a.m. Both will take place in the auditorium at Hightstown High School, 25 Leshin Lane.
There also will be time for audience questions as well as discussion of state aid and the state constitutional convention, which may be formed to reduce property taxes.
"Since this is an extremely difficult budget, I welcome the opportunity to explain our vision for the school district and how it relates to finance and curriculum," Mr. Bolandi wrote in a letter to the community, "and to answer any questions you may have."
The two sessions are rescheduled from March 1, when a forum was canceled due to snow.
