Lambertville

   Clifford Koos, 30, of Princeton was charged as a fugitive March 30.
   Police arrested Mr. Koos at 10:30 a.m. after learning he had two outstanding warrants issued for his arrest. The warrants, issued by the city were for failure to appear on drug possession and drunken driving charges.
   Mr. Koos also was wanted by Bucks County, Pa., for failing to appear on criminal charges.
   Mr. Koos was taken to Hunterdon County Jail in default of $6,000 bail. He will be extradited to Pennsylvania.
   Humberto Villanueva, 50, of Trenton was charged with driving with a suspended license March 31 at 5 p.m.
   Police stopped Mr. Villanueva on Route 29 after noticing the rear license plate was dangling by a piece of string, police said.
   A check revealed the registration was suspended for failing to have insurance. Mr. Villanueva also was wanted on a warrant by Bridgewater Township for failure to appear on traffic charges.
   Mr. Villanueva was released after posting $750 cash bail.
   He also was charged with driving an uninsured vehicle, driving with a suspended registration and improper display of plates.
   Shane McGough, 34, of Lambertville was charged for driving with a suspended license twice in three days.
   March 29 at 9 p.m., police stopped Mr. McGough on Delevan Street after a random inquiry revealed he was driving with a suspended license.
   Mr. McGough had an outstanding warrant from Raritan Township for failure to appear on traffic charges, police said.
   He was released after posting $535 bail.
   Friday at 11 p.m., police went to a one-vehicle accident on Quarry Street. Upon arrival, the driver, Mr. McGough, fled, police said.
   The vehicle was badly damaged and removed by a tow truck.
   Police later caught up with Mr. McGough, who had received minor injuries from striking his head on the windshield in the crash, police said.
   Mr. McGough again was charged with driving while suspended as well as careless driving, failure to report an accident, leaving the scene of an accident and failure to wear a seatbelt.
Solebury

   Friday at about 1 a.m., there was a one-vehicle accident on Sugan Road, south of Kitchen Lane.
   A vehicle driven by Howard Israel, 51, of Breckenridge Court, New Hope, was going north on Sugan Road. Mr. Israel lost control of his vehicle and went of the road, hitting a number of trees along the side.
   He was not injured. The vehicle had heavy front-end damage, police said.
