An annual fund-raiser, Princeton "Taste of the Nation" is part of the largest nationwide benefit to fight hunger. The event will take place Monday, April 18, from 6:30 to 9 p.m. at the Doral Forrestal Hotel & Spa in Plainsboro.
Tickets are $75 if purchased before the event, and $85 at the door, if available.

A silent and live auction will be featured again this year with a top prize of a one-week stay for 10 at a Tuscan villa in Peccioli, Italy.
