On March 26th our dog "Jingles" lost her way from home for the first time in 10 years.
Our family and friends immediately began a grueling search for her with hopes of finding her within hours, well, hours turned into days and after stuffing approximately 600 fliers into mailboxes all around town, the response from everyone was very encouraging.
All the folks on Woods Road were wonderful. We received dozens of calls from people who had spotted her in their area.
On Tuesday we received a call from a woman who lives on Valinor who had spotted Jingles in her yard that morning. Our "task" force surrounded the area a we were able to find her.
Needless to say, Keeshond dogs do not stay to clean after being out in the horrible weather we had over the weekend. The vet checked her out and she is fine and very lucky to still be alive.
A big thank you goes out to all the people who phoned us with her whereabouts, the police department for all their help in trying to catch her on Sunday, and all our friends and family for their tireless efforts in bringing Jingles home safe and sound.
She had been found four miles from our home!
