Faustino Heras, 32, of New Hope was charged with disorderly conduct April 4 at around 6:30 p.m. after police received a report of a man drinking beer in the intersection of Studdiford Street and Lincoln Avenue.
Police said they found an intoxicated Mr. Heras walking in the middle of the road. He was swinging a partially empty 12-pack of beer in the air as cars tried to swerve around him, police said.
He was released without bail.
David Russo, 23, of Easton, Pa., was charged with drunken driving April 5 at 1:30 a.m.

A traffic accident led to delays April 3 after two vehicles collided at the intersection of Cherry Street and Route 29 at around 7 p.m.
John Kee, 58, of New Hope was going south on Route 29 when a second vehicle, operated by Kurt Petrie, 64, of Solebury Township, Pa., tried to turn left from Cherry Street directly in front of him, police said.
Mr. Kee, who was unable to avoid the collision, struck Mr. Petrie’s car broadside at full speed, police said. Mr. Petrie said he was unable to see Mr. Kee’s SUV because another car turning onto Cherry Street had obscured his vision, police said.
Traffic was heavy due to detours because of flooding.
Police said the use of seatbelts as well as airbags prevented injuries. No tickets were issued.
