Senior Menus-April 14, 2005

   All meals are served at noon at Hibernia Apartments in Lambertville.
   The value of each meal is $4.35. Any amount donated over this is a tax-deductible contribution. All menus are subject to change and include milk and margarine.
   The sodium-controlled menu is the same unless otherwise noted.
   Thursday, April 14 — Lentil soup, honey glazed pork chop, scalloped potatoes, whole baby carrots, applesauce, rye bread and spice cake. Compliment Someone Day.
   Friday, April 15 — Cranapple juice, Salisbury steak with gravy, baked potato, cauliflower with cheese sauce, minced coleslaw, pumpernickel bread and plums. Bingo.
   Saturday, April 16 — Blended juice, chicken salad, croissant, cucumber salad, fruit, sandwich cookies and milk.
   Sunday, April 17 — Apple juice, roast beef, rye bread, potato salad, fruit, peanut butter bar and milk.
   Monday, April 18 — Potato chowder, chicken leg a la Bernard, saffron rice, asparagus, tropical fruit salad, rye bread and black-and-white cookie. Bingo.
   Tuesday, April 19 — Pineapple juice, barbecued rib tickler, mashed potatoes, chopped spinach, pickled beets and onions, pumpernickel Bread and fruit cocktail. Cards.
   Wednesday, April 20 — Chicken noodle soup, veal patty marsala, oven-browned potatoes, carrots, citrus sections, dinner roll and chocolate pudding with topping. Bingo.
   Thursday, April 21 — Grape juice, meatballs in tomato sauce, eggplant rollatini, broccoli spears, tossed salad, Italian bread and peach yogurt. Thank a Volunteer Day.
