The Lions clubs of Middletown, Eatontown, and Oceanport will sponsor the first Sandy Hook Lighthouse 5K Fun Run/Walk for the Blind April 30, with registration at 8 a.m. and the walk/run at 9:30 a.m. at Fort Hancock, Sandy Hook.
The cost is $20 for either the run or walk, and includes a T-shirt. Proceeds will benefit the New Jersey Blind Citizens Association Inc. and Camp Happiness, Leonardo section of Middletown.
