Seminar to focus on issues of interest to businessmen

FREEHOLD — The Freehold Chapter of Business Network International (BNI) will host the first in a series of seminars on topics of interest to the Monmouth County community.

On April 28 from 8-10 a.m. at the Cornerstone Caffe, Main and South streets, Sandy Vosk of Advantage Tech-nology Solutions (ATS) and Kim Mc-Connell of the KMM Group Management Consultants will speak about “Overcom-ing the Pain that Ails Your Small Business.”

According to a press release, Vosk and McConnell will outline five common ailments that plague small business owners and decision-makers. They will provide concrete and practical advice on resolving these problems.

Topics to be covered include: dealing with customer demands; motivating unproductive employees; leveraging your investment in technology; identifying gaps in your processes procedures; clearly communicating your goals and expectations; and conquering work overload and stress.

Attendees will have the opportunity to interact with other small business owners and decision-makers to share ways to apply the strategies outlined in the seminar.

Vosk is the president of ATS Inc., a solution provider that helps business owners and decision-makers who are challenged in keeping up with the day-to-day demands of their customers, frustrated with the current results of their sales teams, disappointed with their current investments in technology and are somewhat paralyzed with all the choices that exist today.

He has more than 25 years experience in Fortune 500 companies, helping customers achieve bottom line advantage from technology.

McConnell is the president of the KMM Group. She specializes in helping small business owners and decision-makers diagnose problems they face and prescribe solutions that will improve business performance.
