Louis C. Zlotkin



   Dr. Louis C. Zlotkin, 88, of The Ponds, Monroe Township died April 18 at Cranbury Center, Monroe Township. Dr. Zlotkin was born in Freehold.
   He served as the physician for the New Egypt First Aid Squad, New Egypt Fire Department, New Hanover Fire Department, North Hanover Fire Department, and the Elks Lodge Pop Warner Team, Freehold. He was the school physician for the Plumsted Township School, New Hanover Township Schools, and North Hanover Township Schools, and was the physician for Great Adventure, Jackson Township for seven years.
   He was the saxophonist for the Bucknell University Marching Band, and the Elks Lodge Band, Freehold.
   He was predeceased by two brothers, Henry and Isadore Zlotkin.
   Surviving are his wife, Jacqueline Feilman Zlotkin; three daughters, Diane S. Carlton and her husband, Alan R. Carlton, Robbinsville, Michele Zlotkin and Stephen Shourd, Delray Beach, Fla., and Jann Beth Hendry and her husband, Brian, Thousand Oaks, Calif.; a sister, Sylvia Kaye and her husband, Dr. Bernard Kaye, Long Branch; five grandchildren, Lisa M. Wilson, Marc A. Carlton and his wife, Karen E. Carlton, Jacqueline Jean Hendry, and Jaime and Josephine Hendry; and three great-grandchildren, Alivia and Justin Carlton and Noah Wilson.
   Funeral services were held at the Higgins Memorial Home, 20 Center St., Freehold on Wednesday with Rabbi Kenneth Greene officiating. The interment followed at Hebrew Benefit Society Cemetery, Route 33, Freehold. Memorial donations may be made to Cranbury Center, 292 Applegarth Rd., Monroe Township, NJ 08831.
Lois M. Hinkle

   Lois M. Hinkle, 75, of the Masonic Home at Burlington died April 16. She was born in Mount Holly and had resided in Hedding much of her life before moving to the Masonic Home. She was a registered nurse graduating from the School of Nursing at Mountainside Hospital. She was also a graduate of William MacFarland High School. Lois was a member of Christ Episcopal Church and Bordentown Chapter 257, Order of the Eastern Star.
   The wife of the late George R. "Bud" Hinkle, she is survived by a son, the Rev. Daniel W. Hinkle and his wife, Barbara Peirce of West Chester, Pa.; three daughters, Holly S. Birkenstamm and husband John of Robbinsville, Loren B. Manni and husband Joe of Medford, and Wendy C. Dobovich and husband Joe of Pemberton; a sister, Gloria Gallagher and husband Robert of Bordentown, 11 grandchildren, one great-grandchild and other extended family members.
   The funeral will be Friday at 11 a.m. from the Chapel at the Masonic Home, 902 Jacksonville Rd., Burlington where the Eastern Star will conduct a service at 10:30 a.m. Calling hours will be today, Thursday, from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Huber-Moore Funeral Home, 517 Farnsworth Ave., Bordentown and Friday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the Masonic Home. Burial will be in the Bordentown Cemetery at the convenience of the family.

W. Frederick Lindh

   BORDENTOWN TOWNSHIP — W. Frederick Lindh, 83, died April 16 at his home.
   Born in Delanco, he had resided most of his life in Bordentown.
   He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy serving during World War II on the USS Independence. Mr. Lindh retired as an engineer with the PRR and Amtrak operating steam, diesel and electric locomotives.
   A graduate of Wilbur Watts High School, he held membership in the First Presbyterian Church of Bordentown, the AARP, Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers 373, Loyal Order of Moose 1575 of Beach Haven and VFW Post 2692 of Mount Holly. He was a life member of both the Bordentown Elks Lodge 2085 where he served as treasurer, and the American Legion Post 26.
   He was an avid boatsman and fisherman and enjoyed cooking and gardening.
   Brother of the late Donald E. Lindh and Roland Lindh, he is survived by is wife of 59 years, M. Virginia (Lawrence); two daughters and a son-in-law, Candace J. Lindh of Bordentown Township and V. Patricia and Richard Collom of Lumberton; a brother, William of Florida; grandchildren, Laura L. Moorer of Bordentown Township, Christopher and Angela Collom and Amy and Arthur Myers; great-grandchildren, Ethan Collom and Colton and Avery Myers; several nieces and nephews; a dear friend and neighbor of 55 years, Harry Kurlander.
   During the last two and one half years of his life, he was cared for at home by his daughter, Candace, his granddaughter, Laura and his wife, Virginia.
   Funeral services were held Wednesday from the Huber-Moore Funeral Home, 517 Farnsworth Ave., Bordentown with Burial following in the Bordentown Cemetery.

Irene Bogon



   BORDENTOWN TOWNSHIP — Irene Bogon, 81, died April 16 at Robert Wood Johnson Hospital at Hamilton.
   She was born in Trenton and had lived all of her life in this area. She was a homemaker, a loving mother, and a good friend.
   The daughter of the late Stanislaw and Josepha Kotaska Outazeski, wife of the late Leon Bogon, mother of the late Barbara Lynn Miller Fendrick, she is survived by a son, Leon John Bogon of Bordentown Township; a brother, Edward Oltarzewski of Florida; two grandsons, Thomas Miller and Larry Fendrick of Ohio; several great-grandchildren; a lifelong friend, Natalie Gill of Newtown, Pa.; and many other relatives.
   Services are private and at the convenience of the family.

Mary W. Clark



   SOUTHAMPTON — Mary "Marie" W. Clark, 68, of the LeisureTowne section of Southampton, died April 16 at Virtua Memorial Hospital, Mt. Holly.
   Born in Mahanoy City, Pa., Marie lived and raised her family in Springfield for 35 years, before moving to LeisureTowne in 2001. She was a devout Roman Catholic, who was heavily involved in the Church of the Holy Eucharist in Tabernacle. She was a member of the Sisters of St. Terese, Knights of Lithuania, and the History Club at LeisureTowne. She was formerly employed with Thiokol in Bristol, Pa., Mettler Instruments in Hightstown and Union Camp in Lawrenceville.
   Wife of the late Charles R. Clark, she is survived by her two sons, Charles "Chris" Clark of Mount Holly and Gregory Clark of Burlington; her three daughters, Maria Bassett of Ewing, Denise VanDewater of Lumberton, and Helena Clark of Maple Shade; her two stepdaughters and their families, Linda Lowrie of Fairless Hills, Pa., and Carol Shaffer of Deltona, Fla.; her brother, John Wasilewski of Levittown, Pa.; three sisters, Theresa Thompson of Charlotte, N.C., Loretta Betchker of Willow Grove, Pa., and Lucille Szwech of Langhorne, Pa.; her six grandchildren, Amy and Shane Clark of Mount Holly, Mary and Philip Bassett of Ewing, and Kalie and Harrison VanDewater of Lumberton; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
   Arrangements are under the direction of the Mathis Funeral Home, 58 N. Main St., Medford.
   A Funeral Mass was celebrated Wednesday at the Church of the Holy Eucharist, 520 Medford Lakes Road, Tabernacle.
   Interment followed in Brig. Gen. William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery, North Hanover.
Marian Bilancio Caracciolo



   CHERRY HILL — Marian Bilancio Caracciolo, 83, formerly of Hamilton Township, died April 15 at Compassionate Care Hospice at Kennedy Hospital, Cherry Hill.
   Born in Trenton, she resided in Bordentown Township for 35 years, Hamilton Township for 48 years, and for the past year in Cherry Hill.
   Mrs. Caracciolo retired in 1990 after 25 years from Bradlee’s department store, Bordentown and formerly was employed by Two Guys and Jefferson Ward Department Stores.
   Daughter of the late Frank and Marie Bilancio, wife of the late Gennaro Caracciolo, and sister of the late Guy, Joseph, and Pat Bilancio, Guy DePatch, Michael and Frederick DeSantis, and Angela Bilancio, she is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Gerald T. Caracciolo and his wife Janet Wedgwood of Cherry Hill; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Christine and Henry Kolodziej and Stella and Conrad Eichenger, all of Bordentown Township; a granddaughter, Jennifer Wedgwood; and many nieces and nephews.
   Funeral services were held Wednesday from the Brenna Funeral Home, 340 Hamilton Ave., Trenton.
   Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at St. Raphael’s Church, 3500 S. Broad St., Hamilton Township.
   Burial followed in Our Lady of Lourdes Cemetery, Hamilton Township.
David Specca



   JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — David Specca, 76, died April 14 at Holy Spirit Hospital in Camp Hill, Pa.
   Mr. Specca was born in Philadelphia and moved to Jacksonville 50 years ago.
   He was a longtime vegetable farmer. He was a member of the board of directors of the Cooperative Growers Association of Tabernacle, past president of the Vegetable Growers Association of New Jersey, past president of the Vegetable Growers Association of Philadelphia. He was a member of the New Jersey Farm Bureau and the South Jersey Cooperative Council.
   He was a former member of the Springfield Township Board of Education and a former member of the Christian Alliance Church of Tacony.
   Mr. Specca is survived by four children; David R. Specca and his wife Lisa of Jacksonville, Linda Latchford and her husband Alton of Loysville, Pa., John Specca and his wife Susanne of East Windsor, and James R. Specca and his wife Tesora of Jacksonville. He is also survived by grandchildren: Heather, David C., Zachariah, Stephen, Emily, John J., Gavrielle M, and Jamie; sisters, Rose Cochran of Upper Gwynnth, Pa. and Josephine Edwards of Philadelphia; and an uncle Guido Puglia of Philadelphia. He is also survived by his former wife, Ann L. Specca of Denver, Pa.
   Funeral services were held Monday at the Specca Farm, 841 Jacksonville Rd., Jacksonville. Interment was in the Columbus Cemetery.

Faye Azer

   COLUMBUS — Faye Azer, 83, died April 14 in Placerville, Calif.
   Born in Shenandoah, Pa., she was a former resident of Paramus before moving to Columbus 17 years ago.
   Mrs. Azer was a graduate of Mount Sinai Jewish Hospital in Philadelphia and was a registered nurse before retiring.
   She was a life member of Hadassah, a founding member of the Jewish Community Center in Paramus and a member of Adath Emanuel.
   Wife of the late Irving Azer, she is survived by a son and daughter-in-law Howard Azer and Laurie Kruger-Azer of Lawrenceville; a daughter and son-in-law, Debra Azer Brown and Robert Brown of Cameron Park, Calif.; a brother Abe Prensky; and three grandchildren Josh and David Azer, and Rebecca Brown.
   Funeral services were held Sunday at Orland’s Ewing Memorial Chapel, 1534 Pennington Road, Ewing Township.
   Burial followed at Beth El Cemetery, Washington Township.
   The period of mourning will be observed at the Azer residence in Lawrenceville.

Kenneth L. Eichlin



   BORDENTOWN TOWNSHIP — Kenneth L. Eichlin, 69, died April 14 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital at Hamilton.
   Born in Glen Gardner, he had lived in Washington before moving to Bordentown 30 years ago.
   He worked as an administrator for the State of New Jersey, Department of Treasury and Pensions in Trenton.
   He was a retired U.S. Air Force veteran having served during Korea and Vietnam and was a member of Mansfield Lodge 36 F. & A. M. of Washington.
   He is survived by his wife Jacquelyn Eichlin (nee Egan); two daughters and sons-in-law, Kathryn and David Trullender of West Chester, Ohio, and Janice and Alex Scharko of Burlington; two brothers and one sister-in-law, Donald and Florence Eichlin of Mount Bethel, Pa. and Robert Eichlin; and two grandchildren, Jay and Alan.
   Funeral services will be private with the Interment in the Brig. General William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery, North Hanover.
   Memorial donations may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
