   Steven L. Goetz, 26, of JFK Boulevard was charged with driving while intoxicated at 1:30 a.m. April 13.
   Mr. Goetz was processed and released, pending an appearance in Municipal Court.

   Two vehicles were hit with eggs in the teachers’ parking lot at Alexander Batcho Intermediate School at 7:30 a.m. April 13.
   Key scratches on the trunks were also found, according to police.

   Two students at Alexander Batcho Intermediate School were charged with possession of marijuana in the school at 12:49 p.m. April 13.
   Police said ABIS Principal James Brunn reported finding the students in possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana.
   The students were interviewed with their parents at police headquarters, then processed and released.

   A customer at the Adesa Auto Auctions on North Main Street reported having $8,000 were was stolen from his right coat pocket between 10:15 a.m. and 1 p.m. April 14.
   Adesa employees and Manville police are continuing to investigate the incident.

   Six cars on Dakota Street were found damaged with blue and gold spray paint between 1 a.m. and 1:54 a.m. April 16.
   Estimates of the damage to the vehicles were not available.

   Jason Hribik, 19, of Bridgewater was charged with shoplifting a Pioneer CD/MP3 player, valued at $148.54, from Wal-Mart at 2:17 p.m. April 16.
   Mr. Hribik was released after posting a $1,000.

   Robert Capone Jr., 25, of North 6th Avenue was charged with criminal mischief and simple assault April 17 as he attempted to break into an upstairs apartment, police said.
   The landlord of the property tried to stop Mr. Capone and sustained a hand injury during an altercation with Mr. Capone.
   Police discovered three outstanding warrants from Bound Brook. He was processed and released on $1,141 bail.
