Senior Menus-April 28, 2005

   All meals are served at noon at Hibernia Apartments in Lambertville.
   The value of each meal is $4.45. Any amount donated over this is a tax-deductible contribution. All menus are subject to change and include milk and margarine.
   The sodium-controlled menu is the same unless otherwise noted.
   Thursday, April 28 — Minestrone soup, Salisbury steak with gravy, mashed potatoes, carrots, pineapple chunks, six-grain bread and gelatin with topping. Do a Good Deed Day.
   Friday, April 29 — Pineapple juice, sliced turkey with gravy, sweet potatoes, broccoli, cranberry molded salad, rye bread and pound cake. Bingo.
   Saturday, April 30 — Cranapple juice, tuna salad, rye bread, cucumber-onion salad, fruit, black-and-white cookie and milk.
   Sunday, May 1 — Orange juice, meatloaf, wheat bread, macaroni salad, fruit, angel food cake and milk.
   Monday, May 2 — Chicken noodle soup, roast pork with gravy, baked sweet potato, asparagus, applesauce, rye bread and butterfly pastry. Bingo.
   Tuesday, May 3 — Blended juice, Hungarian goulash, pasta spirals, sliced carrots, pickled beets and onions, pumpernickel bread and red grapes. Cards.
   Wednesday, May 4 — Navy bean soup, barbecued chicken leg, rice pilaf, broccoli, oranges and pineapple, dinner roll and mocha cupcake. Bingo.
   Thursday, May 5 — Apple juice, cheese lasagna with meat sauce, green beans, antipasto salad, Italian bread and frozen peach yogurt. Bring a Friend to Lunch Day.
