Bandit’s Spring Bazaar on tap at animal shelter

Sayreville Pet Adoption Center, 1400 Main St., will hold its Bandit’s Spring Bazaar from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on May 1. All proceeds will benefit the shelter’s spay/neuter fund.

Bandit, a three-legged yellow Labrador retriever who is one of the shelter’s adoption success stories, will visit for the day to meet and greet guests. The event also will feature a flower and plant sale, refreshments, vendors, raffles, face painting and while-you-wait minigrooming for dogs. For more information, call Anna at (973) 220-8656.
