   Kenny Barber, 49, of Manville was charged with having an open container of an alcoholic beverage in public in front of 141 S. Main St. at 11:31 a.m. April 20, police said.
   Mr. Barber was transported to headquarters, and released after the charge was filed.

   Gregory F. McCaan, 46, of South Main Street was charged with DWI and possession of three "folds" — small bags — of heroin on Camplain Road and South 4th Street at 7:09 p.m. April 20, police said.
   Mr. McCaan was stopped for not wearing a seat belt, police said.
   He was transported to headquarters, processed and turned over to Somerset County Jail.

   Anthony Spalliero, 18, of Clark was charged with DWI on Finderne Avenue in Bridgewater at 6:05 a.m. on April 22, police said.
   An anonymous caller reported that a blue Honda was driving all over the road on Main Street, heading north. Police responding to the call stopped Mr. Spalliero on Finderne Avenue.Mr. Spalliero was released to his mother’s custody after posting $800 bail.

   Carmen Murmia, 41, of Elizabeth was charged with a DWI in Bridgewater at 12:26 a.m., April 24, after a caller reported Ms. Murmia possibly driving drunk while heading toward North Main Street in Manville.
   Ms. Murmia’s 5-year-old child, who had been in the car with her, was brought into headquarters and Ms. Murmia was processed and released to her husband, police said.
