Beazer unveils showcase models at the Gatherings

Beazer Homes recently debuted two showcase model homes at Gatherings at Lawrenceville, the firm’s community for adults over 55 in Mercer County. The models are based on the Kingsley and Fairfield floor plans. Homes start from the low $300,000s.

   Beazer Homes recently unveiled a pair of dazzling showcase model homes at Gatherings at Lawrenceville, an active lifestyle community for those 55 and better in the heart of Mercer County.
   The showcase model homes, based on the Kingsley and the Fairfield floor plans, are a stunning example of the elegance and convenience found at the community.
   Curious township residents, local officials and Beazer representatives were on hand for the unveiling.
   Lawrence Township Mayor Pam Mount commented on how well the community has "come along" since opening last summer. She was most excited about the planned recreational amenities as well as the neighborhood’s close proximity to the 70-mile-long Delaware and Raritan Canal State Park.
   The park traces the man-made waterway north through historic Princeton, Kingston and New Brunswick and south to historic Trenton. It’s a magnet for joggers, hikers, cyclists and canoe and fishing enthusiasts and is also a valuable wildlife corridor that’s home to an estimated 160 species of birds.
   Helen Holmes, director of the Lawrence Office on Aging, was also happy to see that the community will help promote a healthy lifestyle for residents.
   "I like the recreation areas that are being planned," she said. "It’s great that people 55 and older have a place where they can live and maintain an active lifestyle."
   Gatherings at Lawrenceville will feature a trail system, clubhouse, outdoor pool and a relaxing patio overlooking a tranquil pond.
   These exciting amenities will be complemented by an intimate collection of attached carriage homes offering two bedrooms, two-and-a-half-baths and attached garages. Homes are priced from the low $300,000s.
   The showcase model homes at Gatherings at Lawrenceville are now open.
   New Home Information Center hours are noon-5 p.m. Monday and 11 a.m.-5p.m. Tuesday through Sunday.
