Edison-based Lainie
Edison-based Lainie’s Angels — a charity dedicated to providing advice, peer support and counseling to the parents of children with cancer — will host its spring fund-raiser, Comics for Kids, on May 5 from 6-10 p.m. at Frank’s, 410 W. 16th St., New York City.
The evening of live comedy and cocktails will feature comedians Ellen Karis, Greg Vaccarello, Wally Collins and Jessica Kirson.
There will be wine tastings and a silent auction throughout the event, as well as a formal live auction after the show from 9-10 p.m.
