FINANCIAL SERVICES
   Sharon Fink has been promoted to senior vice president and corporate secretary of Hopewell Valley Community Bank. Ms. Fink has been employed by Hopewell Valley Community Bank since the bank’s inception in 1999. She has 25 years of experience in the banking industry. She will continue to be in charge of operations and administrative functions of the bank.
   A Pennington resident, Ms. Fink is a member of the board of Anchor House and Hands on Helpers Volunteer Clearinghouse of Greater Mercer County, serves as president of the Pennington Business and Professional Association, is vice president of the Pennington Day event and is co-chair of the Hopewell Harvest Fair.

   Peapack-Gladstone Bank has named Hillsborough resident E. Susan Gianetti assistant vice president of the mortgage division. With more than 31 years of banking experience, Ms. Gianetti has been with the bank since 2001. Peapack-Gladstone Bank has 19 branch offices located in Somerset, Hunterdon and Morris counties.

   Cenlar recently announced the appointment of Elaine Ramos to the position of relationship manager. Cenlar FSB is a wholesale bank specializing in national mortgage subservicing with executive offices located in Ewing.

   Bartolomei Pucciarelli LLC, a full-service business advisory and CPA firm based in Lawrence, has announced that Camaryn Marie Fisher of Florence has joined its team as part of its recent expansion.
   Ms. Fisher’s role will entail office administration for the firm’s new, larger facility with a strong focus on customer service, operations and internal communications. She brings more than five years of professional experience in the corporate sector. Previously, she was employed by PA Consulting Group, Bristol-Myers Squibb and other small- to mid-sized businesses in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
REAL ESTATE
   Beazer Homes, the nation’s sixth-largest homebuilder, has named Dominique Ellis of Yardley, Pa., as the New Home Information Manager for the New Jersey division. In this position, Ms. Ellis will coordinate all requests for information from prospective homebuyers and maintain the division’s Web site.
   Previously a real estate agent in the Pennsylvania and New Jersey areas, she says the customer service, marketing and Internet skills she developed in her previous career helped to prepare her for this new endeavor.
   Beazer Homes, headquartered in Atlanta, Ga., has a satellite office in Lawrence.
MARKETING
   Bob Prewitt, a founding and current partner of Dana Communications, was presented with the International Association of Conference Centers’ highest honor, the Mel Hosansky Award for Distinguished Service. The award is bestowed annually to recognize outstanding service to the organization and the conference-center industry.
   Mr. Prewitt has served as IACC’s marketing counsel for a decade and has been instrumental in setting universal criteria for productive meeting environments and the conference-center concept. He regularly speaks on sales and marketing topics at hospitality industry meetings and his work has received numerous awards from Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International. He also leads the hospitality marketing practice at Dana Communications.
   Located in Hopewell and New York City, Dana Communications offers strategic planning, advertising, brand imaging, market research and other marketing services.

   West Windsor resident Deirdre M. Naughton, formerly of the Office of the Governor’s Counsel, has joined the public affairs firm of Nancy H. Becker Associates as legislative counsel. Ms. Naughton served the administrations of acting Gov. Richard Codey and former governor James E. McGreevey, in monitoring legislation that affected the departments of community affairs and public safety and working closely with staff, committee aides, interest groups and lobbyists. She also drafted amendments to bills.
   Nancy H. Becker Associates, a 27-year-old public affairs firm, is an affiliate company of the Pennington-based Princeton Communications Group Inc.
PRODUCTION
   Ann Renee Hollins has joined Tyco Plastics & Adhesives as vice president/human resources. She will be responsible for setting and leading strategy for TPA’s Human Resources, including leadership development, organizational effectiveness, compensation and benefits, staffing, and human resource systems and processes. Previously, Ms. Hollins served as vice president/human resources at a business information solutions company in Short Hills. She will be based in Tyco’s West Windsor office.
   Tyco Plastics & Adhesives, a business segment of Tyco International is a leading global manufacturer of plastic film, specialty tapes and adhesives, coated products, garment hangers and disposable serviceware.
HUMAN RESOURCES
   Tarxien Partners has announced the addition of Julie Denny and Elizabeth Treher as Tarxien practitioners. Ms. Denny is founder and president of Resolutions Inc., a company dedicated to helping clients communicate more effectively and manage and resolve conflict. Ms. Treher is the president and CEO of The Learning Key Inc., which provides learning tools, training, consulting and executive coaching, principally for technology-based organizations.
