Senior Menus-May 19, 2005

   All meals are served at noon at Hibernia Apartments in Lambertville.
   The value of each meal is $4.45. Any amount donated over this is a tax-deductible contribution. All menus are subject to change and include milk and margarine.
   The sodium-controlled menu is the same unless otherwise noted.
   Thursday, May 19 — Grape juice, veal parmesan, spaghetti with sauce, green beans, tossed salad, Italian bread and cream puff. Keep Smiling Day.
   Friday, May 20 — Blended juice, beef stew with gravy, peas, carrots, onions and diced potatoes, cottage cheese with fruit, dinner roll and brownie.
   Saturday, May 21 — Pineapple juice, egg salad, Kaiser roll, potato salad, fruit, granola bar and milk.
   Sunday, May 22 — Orange juice, turkey, wheat bread, vegetable salad, fruit, chocolate cupcake and milk.
   Monday, May 23 — Cranapple juice, herbed chicken, mashed sweet potatoes, broccoli, three-bean salad, rye bread and black-and-white cookie. Bingo.
   Tuesday, May 24 — Grape juice, chili con carne, rice, zucchini, Swiss salad, six-grain bread and pear halves. Cards.
   Wednesday, May 25 — Beef barley soup, veal patty marsala, baked potato, green beans, tropical fruit salad, Italian bread and carrot cake with icing. Bingo.
   Thursday, May 26 — Apple juice, stuffed cabbage roll, mashed potatoes, peas with pearl onions, tossed salad, dinner roll and red grapes. Wear Pink Day.
