When the weather begins to warm up, and kids begin to dream of tropical island vacations, why not cheer them up and cool them off with a tasty and nutritious dairy drink!
Ingredients:
1 cup fat-free milk.
1 cup pineapple sherbet or coconut sorbet.
½ cup canned or fresh crushed pineapple.
½ teaspoon coconut extract.
Fresh pineapple spears.
Place milk, sherbet, pineapple and coconut extract in the container of a blender. Cover; blend until smooth.
Pour into frosted glasses; garnish with pineapple spears if desired.
Yield: two servings.
