Community Park Pool in Princeton opened on Memorial Day for its 37th year of operation. Hours of operation this weekend, and all weekends, are from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. The pool will commence a seven-days-a-week schedule on Wednesday, June 15.
Princeton residents may gain access to the pool by paying daily admission fees or by purchasing a season pass for the summer. If you are paying daily admission, it is important that you bring identification that demonstrates that you live within the geographic boundaries of the Borough or the Township of Princeton. Princeton residents are entitled to bring out-of-town guests as long as the guests are physically accompanied by the resident.
The daily admission rates are $7 for an adult; $4 child, 17 and under, for a resident or guest of a pool member, and $9 adult, $7 child for a nonresident guest accompanying a daily admission resident.
Season tickets may be purchased at the Recreation Department during the first three weekends of operation between the hours of 10:30 a.m. and 6 p.m. It is important that all purchasers bring proper identification with them. Temporary permits will be issued on site. Season ticket prices have not changed from last year: $210 family (consult the Recreation Department for family plan definition); $105 adult; $55 child, and $50 senior (age 60 and older).

Senior programs:
The Princeton Recreation Department offers a senior lap swim and dip program which is available to all season ticket holders of the pool. The program is offered before the pool opens so that seniors have the opportunity to swim laps or relax in the pool before the crowds arrive for the day.
Information and applications are available at the Recreation Office located at 350 Witherspoon St. by the entrance to Community Park Pool. The office is open Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and can be reached at (609) 921-9480.
The lap swim program is offered Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to noon and Saturday and Sunday from 10 to 11 a.m. The dip program is offered Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to noon, and 10 to 11 a.m. on Saturdays and Sundays.
