Giordano, Halleran & Ciesla, a law firm located in Middletown, announced that three of its lawyers from the area have been named “New Jersey Super Lawyers” in a special section featured in the May edition of New Jersey Monthly magazine and in the 2005 edition of New Jersey Super Lawyers magazine.

John A. Aiello, John A. Giunco and Edward S. Radzely are three of a total of 11 attorneys from Giordano, Halleran & Ciesla PC to be cited in the index.

John A. Aiello, chair of the firm’s Corporate and Securities Department, was listed in the Mergers & Acquisitions section of the New Jersey Super Lawyers index. A 31-year veteran of GH&C, Aiello founded the corporate and securities practice in 1979. His practice focuses on corporate finance, including private placements and initial public offerings of securities, as well as mergers, acquisitions and restructurings. Aiello was also featured in the 2005-06 edition of the Woodward-White Inc. publication Best Lawyers in America. He is a resident of Colts Neck.

John A. Giunco, chair of the firm’s Land Use, Real Estate and Development Department, was listed in the Environmental/Land Use section of the New Jersey Super Lawyers index. Giunco’s practice is primarily devoted to the acquisition, development, sale and financing of real estate. He also has a background in business law and real property taxation. He is a resident of Colts Neck and is proprietor of 4JG’s Vineyard & Winery in Colts Neck.

Edward S. Radzely, a partner in the firm’s Land Use, Real Estate and Development Department, was listed in the Real Estate section of the New Jersey Super Lawyers index. Radzely’s practice is focused on commercial real estate and related matters. He represents clients in the acquisition, development, leasing and sale of all types of commercial real estate. Radzely was also featured in the 2005-06 edition of Best Lawyers in America. He is a resident of Freehold.

Ladies Workout Express at Exclusive Plaza, Marlboro, is kicking off another summer of free teen memberships in an effort to encourage girls ages 13-19 to focus on being healthy and incorporating exercise into their daily lifestyle. The program allows teenage girls access to a health club for the entire summer at no charge. Teens are able to sign up to use the club free of charge through Sept. 1. Patricia Kelly of Marlboro has received the Director’s Award and the Century Society Award for outstanding sales achievement in 2004. The awards were presented by Interiors by Decorating Den, an international interior decorating franchise organization, at its 36th annual conference held recently in Los Angeles. The Provident Bank will sponsor a health and wellness fair June 17 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Freehold office, 4331 Route 9 north in the Pond Road Shopping Center. There will be local professionals on hand, and the event will feature door prizes, refreshments, giveaways, and balloons for the youngsters. Donations will go to Deborah Hospital.
