MANVILLE Michele Arleen Drost Brisebois died Saturday in her home. She was 42.
She was born in Somerville and was a life-long resident of Manville.
Mrs. Brisebois was a graduate of the Robert Fiance Academy of Cosmetology in New York City and was formerly employed as a hair stylist at the John Paul Salon in Martinsville. More recently, she was employed as a billing specialist for UMDNJ in New Brunswick for more than 10 years.
She was a member of St. Mary’s Byzantine Catholic Church where she taught CCD for the class receiving first Holy Communion for more than 10 years.
She is survived by her husband, George "Todd" Brisebois; her mother, Martha Drost of Manville; daughter, Amanda Nicole Fry; and stepdaughter Courtney Lynn Brisebois at home. She is also survived by one brother, John Elias Drost and his wife, Michelle, of Manville; sisters Mary and her husband, Tom Strenko, of Manville; Lisa and her husband, Tom Miller, of Bridgewater; and mother and father-in-law, George and Mary Lee Brisebois of Manville.
Funeral services were held Wednesday at the Bongiovi Funeral Home, Raritan, followed by a funeral Mass celebrated at St. Mary’s Byzantine Catholic Church in Hillsborough. Burial was at the Sacred Heart Cemetery in Hillsborough.
A Panachida service was held Tuesday at the funeral home.
