Lorraine D. Linke Ortiz

Mrs. Ortiz, 73, of Jamesburg, died Sept. 23 in University Medical Center at Princeton. Her husband, Cleland, died in 2003. Surviving are a daughter, Susan Ortiz of Jamesburg; two brothers, Thomas Linke of Monroe and Warren Linke of Jamesburg; two nieces, Holly Dawson of the Forked River section of Lacey and Renee Kozee of Jamesburg; four nephews, Tim Linke of Allentown, Scott and David Linke, both of Jamesburg, and Warren Linke Jr. of Bat Cave, N.C.; and two great-nephews. Services were held at Lester Memorial Home, Jamesburg, with the Rev. Michael Bruni officiating. Interment was in Oaklawn Memorial Park, Deans section of South Brunswick.

Kenneth G. Keim Jr.

Mr. Keim, 22, of Allentown, died suddenly Sept. 25. He was born in Latrobe, Pa. A 2002 graduate of Allentown High School, he was captain of the school’s wrestling team and was regional champion. Mr. Keim was employed by Moslowski Brothers Inc., Allentown. He is survived by his mother, Roberta Keim of Allentown; his father, Kenneth Keim of Chicago; his sister, Katherine Keim of Edgewater; his maternal grandparents, Stan and Rose Moslowski of Allentown; his paternal grandmother, Marilyn Keim of Whiting; several aunts and uncles, including Josephine and Robert Scheuerman, and Stanley and Leeanne Moslowski, all of Upper Freehold Township; and many cousins. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Thursday at 10 a.m. at St. John’s Roman Catholic Church, 1282 Yardville Road, Allentown. Interment will follow at St. John’s Cemetery. Lucy M. Weaver

Mrs. Weaver, 72, of Cream Ridge, died Sept. 22 at home. Born in Crescent City, Fla., she moved to the local area during her adolescence. Mrs. Weaver was employed by Davlyn Industries, Cranbury, before her retirement. She was a graduate of Allentown High School. A former member of Emmanuel Pentecostal Church, Hightstown, she later joined the New Salem Baptist Church, Trenton, where she served for 43 years as a missionary, deaconess and member of the choir, and initiated a written prison ministry. Mrs. Weaver is survived by her husband, Benjamin Weaver Sr.; a daughter, Monica, of Cream Ridge; a son and daughter-in-law, Benjamin Jr. and Diane Weaver of Florida; two sisters and a brother-in-law, Rosa Bell Ashe of Crescent City, and Amanda and Pershing Goodson of Montgomery, Ala.; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; an uncle and an aunt; five nieces and nine nephews. Funeral services will be held Friday at 11 a.m. at New Salem Baptist Church, 316 Union St., Trenton. Calling hours will be from 9 a.m. until the time of service at the church. Interment will take place at Allentown Methodist Cemetery, Allentown. The Peppler Funeral Home, Allentown, is in charge of arrangements.

Mary M. MacNeely

Mrs. MacNeely, 79, of Freehold, died Sept. 24 at home. Born in Valley View, Pa., she had lived in Milltown and in Lykens, Pa., before moving to Freehold 17 years ago. Prior to retiring 30 years ago, she was a factory worker for the Quaker Oats Co., New Brunswick, for 30 years. While at Quaker Oats, she was the secretary for the AFL-CIO for four years. She was a communicant of the Reformed Church of Freehold, where she had also belonged to the consistory, choir, Sunshine Committee and women’s group. In addition, she was a former member of St. Paul’s United Church of Christ, Milltown. Surviving are a daughter and son-in-law, Carol Lynne and Henry Kozlowski of Freehold Township; three sisters, Helen Bingaman and Shirley Erdman, both of Lykens, and Ellen Bryan of Hegins, Pa.; and two granddaughters, Brianne and Katelynn Kozlowski, both of Freehold Township. Funeral services were held at the Reformed Church of Freehold, with Higgins Memorial Home, Freehold, in charge of arrangements.
