Senior Menus-Oct. 13, 2005

   All meals are served at noon at Hibernia Apartments in Lambertville.
   The value of each meal is $4.45. Any amount donated over this is a tax-deductible contribution. All menus are subject to change and include milk and margarine.
   The sodium-controlled menu is the same unless otherwise noted.

Regular menu

   Thursday, Oct. 13 — Cream of asparagus soup, veal marsala, oven-browned potatoes, peas, oranges and pineapple, rye bread and black-and-white cookie. Wear Orange Day.
   Friday, Oct. 14 — Apple juice, barbecued rib tickler, hot potato salad, green beans, pickled beets and onions, six-grain bread and fruit cocktail. Bingo.
   Saturday, Oct. 15 — Cranapple juice, chicken salad, croissant, marinated vegetable salad, fruit, peanut butter cookies and milk.
   Sunday, Oct. 16 — Orange juice, roast beef, rye bread, pasta salad, fruit, apple pocket and milk.
   Monday, Oct. 17 — Minestrone soup, honey lemon chicken, mashed potatoes, peas and carrots, tossed salad, dinner roll and orange. Bingo.
   Tuesday, Oct. 18 — Pineapple juice, braised pork chop, saffron rice, Harvard beets, applesauce, rye bread and spice cake. Cards.
   Wednesday, Oct. 19 — Grape juice, stuffed green pepper, elbow macaroni, green beans, chick pea and onion salad, Italian bread and banana. Bingo.
   Thursday, Oct. 20 — Apple juice, macaroni and cheese with ham, stewed tomatoes, tossed salad, six-grain bread and crumb cake. Site meeting.

   Thursday, Oct. 20 — Apple juice, roast chicken with gravy, baked potato, stewed tomatoes, tossed salad, six-grain bread and crumb cake. Site meeting.
