Senior Menus-Oct. 20, 2005

   All meals are served at noon at Hibernia Apartments in Lambertville.
   The value of each meal is $4.45. Any amount donated over this is a tax-deductible contribution. All menus are subject to change and include milk and margarine.
   The sodium-controlled menu is the same unless otherwise noted.

Regular menu

   Thursday, Oct. 20 — Apple juice, macaroni and cheese with ham, stewed tomatoes, tossed salad, six-grain bread and crumb cake. Site meeting.
   Friday, Oct. 21 — Cranapple juice, Swedish meatballs, mashed potatoes, broccoli spears, three-bean salad, wheat bread and plums. Bingo.
   Saturday, Oct. 22 — Blended juice, tuna salad, Kaiser roll, pickled beets and onions, fruit, vanilla wafer cookies and milk.
   Sunday, Oct. 23 — Pineapple juice, turkey, wheat bread, coleslaw, fruit, marble pound cake and milk.
   Monday, Oct. 24 — Grape juice, chili con carne, rice, zucchini, Swiss salad, corn muffin and apple. Bingo.
   Tuesday, Oct. 25 — Pasta and bean soup, chicken with tarragon sauce, oven-browned potatoes, carrots, pineapple chunks, Italian bread and angel food cupcake. Cards.
   Wednesday, Oct. 26 — Pineapple juice, cheese lasagna with meat sauce, chopped spinach, antipasto salad, dinner roll and chocolate ice cream cup. Bingo.
   Thursday, Oct. 27 — Split pea soup, Hungarian goulash, elbow macaroni, asparagus, tropical fruit salad, wheat bread and apple pocket. Ghost Stories Day.
Low-sodium menu

   Thursday, Oct. 20 — Apple juice, roast chicken with gravy, baked potato, stewed tomatoes, tossed salad, six-grain bread and crumb cake. Site meeting.
   Friday, Oct. 21, to Thursday, Oct. 27 — Same as regular menu.
