Senior Menus-Nov. 10, 2005

   All meals are served at noon at Hibernia Apartments in Lambertville.
   The value of each meal is $4.45. Any amount donated over this is a tax-deductible contribution. All menus are subject to change and include milk and margarine.
   The sodium-controlled menu is the same unless otherwise noted.
   Thursday, Nov. 10 — Apple juice, stuffed cabbage roll, bow tie pasta, zucchini, tossed salad, six-grain bread and fruit cocktail. Wear Fall Colors Day.
   Friday, Nov. 11 — Orange juice, chicken filet, scalloped potatoes, succotash, mined coleslaw, hamburger bun and rice pudding. Bingo.
   Saturday, Nov. 12 — Cranapple juice, tuna salad, Kaiser roll, cucumber salad, fruit, oatmeal cookies and milk.
   Sunday, Nov. 13 — Grape juice, turkey, wheat bread, potato salad, fruit, apple pocket and milk.
   Monday, Nov. 14 — Apple juice, eggplant rollatini, meatballs in tomato sauce, chopped spinach, tossed salad, Italian bread and pear. Bingo.
   Tuesday, Nov. 15 — Pasta and bean soup, sliced turkey with gravy, rice with mushrooms, whole baby carrots, oranges and pineapples, dinner roll and angel food cake. Cards.
   Wednesday, Nov. 16 — Split pea soup, honey pork chop, sweet potato patty, green beans, applesauce, raisin bread and mocha cupcake. Bingo.
   Thursday, Nov. 17 — Cranapple juice, chicken a la Bernard, mashed potatoes, broccoli, three-bean salad, rye bread and frozen peach yogurt. Thank Your Site Manager Day.
