(Jennie) Seitz
   TRENTON — Mary C. (Jennie) Seitz, 91, of Trenton died Nov. 16 at Mercer County Geriatric Center in Hamilton.
   Born in Trenton, she was a lifelong city resident.
   Ms. Seitz retired from the State of New Jersey Armory Department of Defense after 15 years of service, and she was also employed by Italian People’s Bakery for 10 years.
   She was a member of Immaculate Conception Church and the former Ladies Auxiliary of the College Sportsman Club.
   She was predeceased by her parents, Rocco Schiavone and Maria Russo Schiavone; her husband, Christian F. Seitz; her son-in-law, Thomas Davidson Sr.; and brothers and sisters Louis, Daniel and Rocco Schiavone, Theresa Tokazewski and Angelina Marchetti.
   Surviving are two daughters and a son-in-law, Dolores and James Moceri of Florence Township and MaryJane Davidson of Trenton; sisters-in-law Claire Schiavone of East Windsor and Katherine Whittaker and Madeline Schmidt, both of Trenton; two grandsons and their spouses, Brian K. and Robin Moceri and Thomas Jr. and Felicia Davidson; five great-grandchildren, Stephanie, Jeffrey and Elyse Moceri and Tommy and Alexis Davidson; many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews; and a special friend, Sister Marie Anthony, formerly of Immaculate Conception Church.
   The funeral was held Monday at Gruerio Funeral Home, Trenton. A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at Our Lady of the Angels Parish/Immaculate Conception Church, Trenton. Interment followed in Our Lady of Lourdes Cemetery, Hamilton Township.
   In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Mercer County Geriatric Center, 2300 Hamilton Ave., Hamilton, NJ 08619.
Sylva Quijano

   HIGHTSTOWN — Sylva Quijano Arriba, 92 of Hightstown died Nov. 17 at her home.
   Born in Cebu, Philippines, she lived in Allentown for 10 years before moving to Hightstown.
   She is survived by seven children, Roselyn Q. Netzer of Allentown; Marietta and Donald Hutchinson and Marilyn Quijano, all of Hightstown; Leo, Raymundo, Mercedes and Mario, all of the Philippines; a brother, Nicholas, of the Philippines; grandchildren, great grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
   A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated Saturday at St. John’s Church. Interment followed in St. John’s Cemetery.

Robert F. Strickler
   FREEHOLD TOWNSHIP — Robert F. Strickler, 87, died Nov. 18 at Applewood Estates Care Center in Freehold Township.
   Born in Lewistown, Mont., he had lived in Princeton and the Hightstown area before moving to Freehold to organize the Freehold Camp of the Gideons.
   He was a Captain in the Army Air Corps during World War II, serving as a meteorologist in Peru and in the Air Force Reserves from the end of World War II to 1955.
   Mr. Strickler was a graduate of California Institute of Technology, Pasadena, Calif., where he earned a master’s degree.
   He was employed by Eastern Airlines for eight years and later at the Geophysical Fluid Dynamics Laboratory before his retirement in 1984. He was called to testify before the U.S. Senate on issues related to meteorology.
   Mr. Strickler was a member of the Ardena Baptist Church, Howell Township, where he served as a deacon and member of the mission board. He held all the offices in the Freehold Camp of the Gideons.
   A memorial service will be held at the Ardena Baptist Church at 7 p.m. Monday, Nov. 28.

James P. Kramer
   HIGHTSTOWN — James P. Kramer of Hightstown died Nov. 18.
   Born in Princeton, he lived and worked in Hightstown all his life. Mr. Kramer was an avid sports fan and enjoyed traveling and refinishing antique furniture.
   He was predeceased by his longtime business associate, Tim Conover. He is survived by his parents, John and Colleen Kramer; his grandparents, Betty Kramer, the late Joseph Kramer, Colleen Moore and George Lewis; a sister and brother-in-law, Lorraine and David Kovacs; a brother and sister-in-law, John and Denise Kramer; several aunts and uncles; his cousin, Dannie Jackson and friend Faith Archer; his lifelong friend Sherry Greczyn; and his four nieces and two nephews.
   Funeral services will be private and held at the convenience of the family.

Helen M. Howard
   HIGHTSTOWN — Helen M. Howard, 77, of Hightstown died Tuesday in Rhode Island at her daughter’s home.
   Born in Union City, she was a resident of Hightstown for many years before moving to Rhode Island last year.
   She was a member of and employed by St. Anthony of Padua Roman Catholic Church for many years. She also was a member of the church’s Altar Rosary Society, the American Legion Ladies Auxiliary No. 148, and the 40/8 of Hightstown.
   She retired in 2003 from the Mercer County Housing Department.
   Daughter of the late Constantine Bowling and Maria De Los Delores Zermeno and wife of the late William F. Howard, she is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Anne D. and Charles W. Catalfio of R.I.; her sons and daughters-in-law, Stephen B. and Tina of Texas and John Z. and Kim R. of New Jersey; her granddaughter, Amanda; her brothers and sisters-in-law, Bill and Beth Bowling of East Windsor, Charles and Marie Bowling of Bayonne, and John and Jean Bowling of Calif.
   Funeral services will be held 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Glackin/Saul Funeral Home, 136 Morrison Ave., Hightstown. A funeral Mass will be celebrated 11:30 a.m. at St. Anthony of Padua Roman Catholic Church, 251 Franklin St., Hightstown.
   Interment will follow in Brig. Gen. William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Arneytown.
   Friends and relatives may call from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
