Senior Menus-Dec. 1, 2005

   All meals are served at noon at Hibernia Apartments in Lambertville.
   The value of each meal is $4.45. Any amount donated over this is a tax-deductible contribution. All menus are subject to change and include milk and margarine.
   The sodium-controlled menu is the same unless otherwise noted.
   Thursday, Dec. 1 — Pineapple juice, macaroni and cheese with diced ham, stewed tomatoes, three-bean salad, six-grain bread and pears. Site meeting.
   Friday, Dec. 2 — Orange juice, meatloaf with gravy, scalloped potatoes, brussel sprouts, pickled beets and onions, wheat bread and apple pocket. Bingo.
   Saturday, Dec. 3 — Cranapple juice, egg salad, wheat bread, cucumber salad, fruit, chocolate chip cookies and milk.
   Sunday, Dec. 4 — Blended juice, turkey, rye bread, coleslaw, fruit, pound cake and milk.
   Monday, Dec. 5 — Vegetable soup, Salisbury steak with gravy, baked potato, sliced beets, oranges and pineapple, wheat bread and black-and-white cookie. Bingo.
   Tuesday, Dec. 6 — Grape juice, baked ziti, meatballs in tomato sauce, broccoli spears, tossed salad, Italian bread and vanilla ice cream cup. All-site holiday gala at Flemington Nutrition Center.
   Wednesday, Dec. 7 — Cranapple juice, garlic chicken breast, mashed potatoes, baby carrots and peas, tropical fruit salad, dinner roll and holiday butterfly pastry. Bingo.
   Thursday, Dec. 8 — Chicken noodle soup, loin of pork with gravy, baked sweet potato, green beans, applesauce, rye bread and angel food cake. Be Merry Day.
