Pulitzer poet to read

Paul Muldoon will read his work at the the Cranbury Public Library Saturday at 7 p.m.

   Irish poet, Paul Muldoon will be reading his work at the Cranbury Public Library on Saturday at 7 p.m. as part of the library’s 100th birthday celebration.
   Mr. Muldoon, a Princeton University professor, won the Pulitzer Prize in 2003 for his collection, "Moy Sand and Gravel." He is the author of nine collections of poetry, seven plays and other assorted writings. His 10th collection "Horse Latitudes," will appear in fall 2006.
   In addition to writing, Mr. Muldoon also explores his musical talents by writing lyrics and playing guitar in the rock ‘n’ roll band Rackett.
   He is the Howard G.B. Clark ’21 professor in the humanities at Princeton University. Before that, Mr. Muldoon taught poetry at the University of Oxford from 1999 to 2004.
