LETTERS: Assemblyman grateful to voters

Assemblyman
grateful to voters
To the editor:

Over the last three years, through knocking on over 20,000 doors, holding town meetings and attending community events, I’ve had the pleasure of talking with many residents personally. I would like to thank them for talking so candidly with me about the issues of concern to them and their families, for allowing me the opportunity to stand on their front porches and talk about what I’ve done and what I’m going to continue to do.
It’s been an honor to serve as their assemblyman the past two years and I’m humbled to have their support for another term. Over the last two years I’ve worked hard everyday on the issues we spoke about and on making the services my office offers easily accessible to everyone.
I’m going to continue working hard to lower property taxes, restore ethics in government and improve education. I’m going to continue working on all of the things I heard from people on their front porches. And I’m going to continue working to make my office as easily accessible as possible by holding town meetings, offering evening and weekend hours and setting up mobile constituent service centers.
I look forward to working everyday for the people of central New Jersey. Thank you for the opportunity.
Bill Baroni
