   Bunny chase: Spring has sprung at Terhune Orchards, 330 Cold Soil Road. The farm animals are enjoying spring in the pasture and the bulbs are blooming. Come for a free, fun event for children ages 2 to 8, and their families.. Follow the treasure hunt clues and find a spring surprise at the end of the hunt.
   Each child can make a bunny to take home; everyone can enjoy a Terhune Orchards bunny cookie. Celebrate the end of a long winter and the beginning of our spring season on the farm.

   Garden Club meeting: The Garden Gate Garden Club of Lawrenceville will meet at 7 p.m. at the Lawrence Road Presbyterian Church, 1039 Lawrence Road. The program will be "Landscape Design: The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly" presented by Patricia Tratebas.
   Digital images will inform and delight participants of the "finer and grosser" principles and practices that create beauty or ugliness in home landscaping. For 17 years, Ms. Tratebas has been the owner and manager of Cottage Gardens Landscape Design located in East Orange. She has produced displays for the New Jersey Flower Show and Designer Show Houses for the Junior League of Montclair-Newark. She has completed certification in historic preservation and is hands-on with landscape restoration.

   Nonprofit seminar: Borden Perlman will present a free breakfast seminar for nonprofit directors, senior staff and trustees on "Taking the Mystery out of D&O Liability for Nonprofits," from 8:30 to 10 a.m. at Greenacres Country Club, 2170 Lawrence Road.    Senior Citizen Club #1 meeting: The club will be at 10:30 a.m. at the Lawrence Senior Center, 30 Darrah Lane East.
   The meeting starts with bingo and closes with a business meeting at 1:30 p.m.
   Job seminar: The Mercer County One Stop Career Center will host job fair readiness seminars for county residents preparing to attend job fairs.
   The program will be held from noon to 1 p.m. and from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. at the center, 650 South Broad St., Trenton. For more information, call the center at (609) 989-6523.

   Celebrating women in business: Lawrenceville Main Street’s Business Development Committee will celebrate women in business with an evening of networking and presentation.
   Mary Stober, LMS volunteer and event chairwoman, said the purpose of the event is to honor the high percentage and diverse range of women-owned businesses in the Lawrenceville Main Street district and to provide an educational and networking opportunity for business owners and the public.
   Featured presenters are Nina Moseley, director of business services for New Jersey Commerce, Economic Growth and Tourism Commission, and Lorraine Pedrick Allen, regional director, Mercer County Small Business Development Center. The event will be held The Lawrenceville Inn, 2691 Main St., from 5:30 to 8 p.m.
